The Condos are close enough to walk to campus.  Some are also served by Tiger Transit.
A typical 2 Bedroom 2 Bath unit is generaly price at more than $150,000, but some of
the older units are in the $125,000 range.  There are a few 4 Bedroom units that are generally
priced at more than $200,000.  Some of the upscale and Gameday units are priced up to $450,000.
